TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

Services  

MOЇ offers 3D rendering services that include, but are not limited to, image rendering, animation creation, and architectural visualizations. All services are provided under these terms, which may be updated from time to time.

Key Components to Include:

- User Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals over the age of 18. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  
- Orders and Payments: Users can purchase 3D rendering packages or custom services through the site. Payments must be made in full before any work begins. We accept major payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal. Prices are subject to change, and you will be informed of any updates prior to making a purchase.

- Delivery and Revisions: Upon receiving your project files, MOЇ will deliver a completed 3D render based on the package or service you purchased. Any requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions may be charged based on the scope of changes.

- Intellectual Property: The final rendered content is the intellectual property of the user once the payment is complete. However, MOЇ retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

- Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once the work has commenced. Exceptions may be made under specific circumstances, such as failure to deliver the agreed service.

- Modifications: MOЇ reserves the right to modify its services, including pricing and delivery times, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

- Limitations of Liability: MOЇ is not liable for any technical issues, including data loss, system failures, or other interruptions that affect the ability to deliver services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service purchased.
